About Michelle

Michelle is the first UK Athlete to earn IFBB Professional status through competing in the Bikini Class in 2011.  Michelle represented United Kingdom at IFBB Amateur European Championships, the first ever Arnold Classic Europe and the IFBB Amateur World Championships, winning Ms Bikini Amateur Olympia 2011 and being awarded Pro status at World Championships.  Michelle was  also the first  UK athlete to win an IFBB Professional show in the Bikini class and compete at Ms Bikini Olympia.

Michelle has has featured in a number of magazines such as FLEX, Muscle and Fitness, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Muscular Development, UltraFit, Woman and Womens Running and wrote a  monthly for Muscle and Fitness UK magazine for over three years

Michelle has a background in competitive Latin Dance.  Michelle is UKA certified to teach Lambada and has  performed with European Team Salsa Champion dance group, Diablo Dance Company across the UK and Europe including an event where Marc Antony performed.

Michelle is mother to a 7 year old boy.
